Kaya Toast
If you haven't had kaya toast, you're about to understand the obsession.
Kaya is a Southeast Asian coconut jam — deeply fragrant, impossibly silky, made from coconut milk, eggs, and pandan. At Breadbelly, we pipe it generously on our house-baked milk bread, add premium French butter, serve it up warm and freshly made-to-order.
It's a breakfast institution across Singapore and Malaysia. In San Francisco, we re-imagined it and made it uniquely our own.
The contrast is everything: warm toast, cool jam, savory and sweet. We hope you enjoy our twist on this breakfast favorite.
“As delicious as it is photogenic.”
