We’re a little matcha obsessed. The matcha for our matcha drinks is sourced from The Matcha Factory, an Oakland-based company working directly with a single farm in Japan using regenerative farm.

We pair their ceremonial-grade matcha with our house-made Okinawan black sugar syrup—a combination that we think sets our matcha apart.
