Paper Airplane Day at Pier 70

Monday, May 25, 10am–2pm

We've teamed up with friends at 3rd St Creative Artery and Standard Deviant Brewing to celebrate the most underrated holiday of the year.

Come make, decorate, and fly paper airplanes in the soaring public atrium at Bldg 12 — we’ll be joined by artist Brian Moore (aka Mr. B of the Art Rocks Club House), for a low key paper airplane contest, face painting for kids, shave ice and concessions from us, and beer flights from Standard Deviant starting at noon.

Free to attend. All ages welcome.

📍 Pier 70, 2nd Floor Mezzanine Level Maryland St @ 22nd St. San Francisco

✈️ Here's your flight plan:

  • Paper airplane making all morning with Artist Brian Moore (aka Mr. B), who's bringing supplies to turn folded paper into aeronautical masterpieces

  • Face painting for kids, 11:00am–1:30pm

  • Paper airplane contest at 12:00 til 1:00pm — with 3 official launch locations, ground crew, and heats for distance, accuracy, and design. Emceed by Destination Dogpatch president Adam Gould.

  • Shave ice + concessions from us, all day

  • Beer flights from Standard Deviant, starting at noon (for the parental paper pilots)
